I have X minutes
Twenty minutes and nothing left in the tank is a different question from a clear afternoon. This asks both.
Why this works
Most lists ignore the two facts that decide everything: how long you have, and how much you have left. A forty-minute job offered to somebody with ten minutes is not a suggestion, it is a reason to close the app.
Low energy does not mean do nothing. It means the thing you pick should be small enough that finishing it is realistic, because finishing something is what changes the next hour.
If nothing fits, it says so rather than inventing something. A tool that always has an answer is a tool that is sometimes wrong on purpose.
The other two
- One Next Move — Paste everything in your head. Get one thing to do.
- Brain Dump Cleaner — Turn a wall of worry into a list you can look at.
