Support
Effective date: September 5, 2026
If something is broken, confusing, or has taken your money and not given you the thing you paid for, this page says exactly where to go.
Write to a person
Email hello@gaveki.com. It is the only support address, and it is read.
We do not publish a response time, because promising one we might miss would be worse than not promising it. If you have not heard back and it matters, send the same email again — it will not annoy anyone.
Three things make a problem much faster to fix:
- Which one you are using: the iPhone app, the Android app, or the website.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The email address on your account, if you have one — GAVEKI works without an account, so we cannot always look you up.
Please do not send passwords. Nobody here will ever ask for one.
Gaveki Pro: restoring, and cancelling
If you have paid and Pro is not switched on, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. That asks the store you bought from what you own and turns Pro back on. It is also on the Pro page. Reinstalling the app or changing phone does not cost you anything.
Cancelling is done where you bought it, and GAVEKI cannot do it for you — the store holds the subscription, not us:
- Bought on iPhone or iPad: the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions.
- Bought on Android: the Google Play Store app → your profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Bought on the website: Settings opens the billing portal, where you can cancel or change the card.
Cancelling stops the next payment. It does not delete your account, and everything you wrote stays where it is until you delete it yourself.
Refunds are the store’s to give, not ours. Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google through the Play Store. If a charge looks wrong, write to us anyway — we would rather know.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account from inside the app: Delete account. It is a real deletion, not a request that lands in an inbox, and it takes your tasks, dumps and routines with it.
What is collected, what is never collected, and how long anything is kept is set out in the privacy policy. The terms of service cover the rest.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. The two are separate on purpose, so that losing a phone does not lose your work.
What GAVEKI is not
GAVEKI is a tool for deciding what to do next. It is not a medical device, it is not therapy, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent ADHD or anything else. Nothing in it is medical advice.
If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. GAVEKI is not monitored, and nobody here will see what you write in time to help.
